Extractions
Extractions are dental procedures in which a tooth is removed from its socket in the bone. They are typically performed when a tooth is severely damaged, decayed, or impacted, or when it’s necessary to make space for orthodontic treatment, providing relief from pain and preventing further oral health issues.
Sometimes wisdom teeth are impacted in unfavorable positions, causing localized gum swellings needing antibiotics and an emergency dental visit to use a special rinse to provide patient comfort. Due to their mal positions, damage to neighboring teeth can sometimes occur and because of their location in the mouth, oral hygiene is difficult to achieve and maintain. This can cause an increased prevalence of cavities and/or gum disease. It is recommended that you have an evaluation with your dentist so that you can be informed and if any proper measures can be taken to prevent any issues in the future.

Implants
Bone Grafting & Augmentation
Before placing dental implants, it’s crucial to ensure the jawbone has enough volume and density to support them. At 941 Dental Studio, we offer advanced bone grafting procedures, including ridge augmentation to rebuild lost bone along the jawline and sinus augmentation (sinus lift) to increase bone height in the upper molar area. These techniques provide a strong, stable foundation for successful long-term implant placement.
